Additionally, the absence of clear communication regarding parking led to confusion upon arrival—€16 per day felt excessive, especially without warning. The room's door jammed, requiring a hearty shove to open, and was acknowledged by others as a long-standing issue. I also noticed several outlets were either missing or hard to access, further hampering convenience. No complimentary bottled water was provided, which seemed a tad stingy for any hotel.

The hotel's central spot allowed me to easily explore historic gems like the Aachen Cathedral just over 1 km away and the lovely Carolus Thermen, which was only a short 900 meters stroll from my room.

I spent two nights at Parkhotel Quellenhof and had a decent experience. The staff shone throughout my stay. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Breakfast hit the spot. the selection was solid, with omelets and banana bread that I really enjoyed. My room offered a lovely view and had a comfortable layout, but it could do with some updates. Both the carpet and curtains looked outdated and didn’t match five-star expectations. Cleaning wasn't quite consistent either. it could have been better for the price. The heating in the room was a bit inconsistent, too, which made for some chilly moments. Although the hotel is lovely with a nice atmosphere, these areas for improvement could enhance the experience significantly.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed a lovely hiking tour through the Hohe Venn and visited GaiaZoo, both exciting adventures. The king-size beds were a dream to sleep in. The breakfast had a lot of options, and the staff was super friendly. The indoor pool and sauna were also fantastic for relaxing after a day out.
